This is the Privacy and Cookies Policy (the “Policy”) of Coral Global Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales registered at 5 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3TW, under company registration number 13431644 (hereafter ‘Arcane’, ‘we’ or ‘us’). This Policy describes the ways in which Arcane collects and uses information about you when you use our website at https://tryarcane.com (the “Website”).
Arcane may change this Policy at any time and whilst it will tell you about what it feels are key changes to the Policy, please check it regularly to keep up-to-date. If you do not wish to accept the new Policy you should stop using the Website and/or the Platform. If you continue to use the Website and/or the Platform after the changes, your continued use of the Website and/or the Platform shows us your agreement to be bound by the new Policy.
1 - ICO Registration
For the purposes of data protection legislation, Arcane is the controller for the processing of your personal data and has registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO”). Arcane's registration number is ZB248881.

Log and Usage Data. 2.3 Hotjar
We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

2.4 Google
Arcane's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3 - How we use your information

If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process for the performance of the contract.

Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and the content of the testimonial. Arcane has implemented technology and policies to safeguard your privacy from unauthorised access and improper use.
6 - Storage and Data Retention
We store your personal data in the UK. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK we ensure that we have an appropriate adequacy ground to do so e.g., entering into Standard Contractual Clauses.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.
